An inspirational message as Cambodia battles a COVID19 lockdown​

Beer brand uplifts pandemic-stricken Cambodians with an inspiring #RoarAtHome message​

The Challenge:

As Cambodia enters a long lockdown during the COVID-19 pandemic, alcohol sales and advertisements ban are strictly imposed to curb high-risk activities in the country. Our challenge is to find alternative opportunities to reach Tiger Beer consumers and build on relevance during a difficult time for Cambodia.​

The Process:

We developed an emotive message that builds on Tiger Beer’s brand belief. The big idea: #RoarAtHome inspires Cambodians to continue pursuing their passions even while staying at home.​

The Outcome:

MangoTango produced a motivational film to communicate Tiger’s message of hope and inspiration. We engaged multi-level KOLs and influencers to amplify the message and build on awareness for Tiger’s #RoarAtHome campaign. KOLs and influencers were encouraged to share their personal stories at home to dial up the authenticity and relevance to the campaign’s message.

The Results:

Cambodians are inspired to pursue their passions despite the challenges brought by the lockdown.​
