The Challenge:
The Fifth East Asia Energy Forum, organized by the Economic Research Institute for ASEAN and East Asia (ERIA) and their partners, was seeking to gain support and encourage discussion from people working in the frontier of carbon-neutral pathways including key energy policy makers, public and private entities, financial institutions and research institutes. The theme for the forum was “ASEAN’s Challenges on Carbons-Neutrality and Energy Security”. MangoTango Asia was tasked with ensuring a smooth hybrid event including livestreaming and technical support.
The Process:
MangoTango Asia collaborated closely with the ERIA team to make sure the forum on ASEAN’s Challenges on Carbon-Neutrality and Energy Security was not only successful but also tailored to allow for a wider audience to take part thanks to livestreaming.
The Outcome:
The forum event, including the livestream, ran for 8 hours at the Sokha hotel and over Zoom. It featured an itinerary filled with important discussion and topics led by many key actors in the sectors of energy, climate, natural resources, and trade.
The Result:
MangoTango Asia helped to guarantee a productive hybrid forum with the use of livestreaming and overall technical support.
