Global consulting firm increases marketing operations capacity while lowering costs and maintaining high quality
Accenture turned to MangoTango to add capacity to its global digital marketing operations workforce. Digital media and marketing software is labor intensive, time consuming, and requires fast turnaround with no errors. At the same time, demand for digital services is increasing faster than experts had predicted, leaving a skills and capacity gap.
Following a series of planning sessions, Accenture launched a pilot program with MangoTango in Cambodia. Staff were trained and certified in leading marketing automation software tools including Oracle Eloqua, Adobe Marketo Engage, and Hubspot.
After the success of the pilot program Accenture approved expansion of the Marketing Operation team in Cambodia to more than 20 staff, serving Accenture clients around the world, including Google (Alphabet) and SAP.
Accenture was able to increase capacity while lowering costs and maintaining high quality – thus allowing further expansion of its own digital marketing operations services.
