MangoTango produced and promoted an exhibition event featuring a women’s wheelchair basketball match in Phnom Penh.

Epic Arts, an inclusive arts organization based in Cambodia, provided the half-time show.

“Canada is a strong supporter of inclusiveness. We are proud to support this event to help promote awareness of and create opportunities for those with disabilities in sports and recreation,” — Francis Huot, Chargé d’Affaires for the Office of the Embassy of Canada in Phnom Penh.

The Office of the Embassy of Canada brought Canadian coaches to Phnom Penh to train two Cambodian women’s wheelchair basketball teams. The teams played a free exhibition match, open to the public on the 26th of April at Olympic Stadium.
